Every student is prepared physically and mentally for entry into the Indian Naval Academy (INA) and the National Defence Academy (NDA). What are Sainik Schools?

Sainik schools are renowned public residential schools in India that are run by the Sainik School Society under the watch of the Ministry of Defence. They aim to provide quality education to boys and girls from low-income areas in the country while preparing them for the national defense and naval academies. With 33 Sainik schools currently operational in India, only the boys and girls who meet the eligibility criteria for application are admitted.

Sainik Online Course Registration for 2023

Every year, the NTA conducts the entrance test for classes 6 and 9 to allow students to get admission to Sainik schools. All boys and girls who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to apply. You can now complete the online application to join the Sainik course for 2023. We provide an online learning environment to all cadets who wish to learn from home.

Who is eligible to take the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination?

Boys aged between 10 to 12 years for class 6 and 13 to 15 years for class 9 are eligible to take the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination.

The All India Sainik School Entrance Examination is an objective type examination consisting of multiple choice questions.

The documents required for the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination typically include:

• 1. A valid proof of age such as a birth certificate 
  2. A recent passport size photograph
  3. A valid proof of residence such as a ration card or aadhar card
  4. A valid proof of category (if applying under reserved category)
  5. A valid proof of Domicile (if applicable)
  6. A valid proof of income (if applying for financial assistance)
  7. School leaving certificate (if applicable)
  8. A valid proof of single child (if applicable)
  9. Any other document as required by the school or the examination authorities. 

What are the facilities provided in Sainik schools?.

Sainik schools provide facilities such as academic curriculum, sports and extracurricular activities, medical facilities, hostel facilities, and opportunities for higher education and joining the armed forces.

What is the admission process after clearing the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination?

Candidates who clear the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination will have to go through an interview and medical examination before being admitted to a Sainik School.
